# How do I scan tickets at the door?

Open the scanner link on any phone, allow the camera, and point it at the ticket QR. Green means checked in.

1. In the organiser app open the event, then Check-in, then Open scanner. Share the link with door staff.
2. Allow camera access.
3. Scan the QR on the attendee's phone or printout.

Results: Checked in (green), Already checked in (amber, with the time) or Not valid (red, for refunded or wrong-event tickets).
